When you get off the river from a long day, nothing is better than a mouthwatering meal from Ellie May's Ole' Mill Restaurant. It is only steps from the Mill Pool on the Elk River and in the same building as our fly shop. Good conversations of the day and of old tales flow around the bar where new friends meet. These friendships tend to last from season to season.

Harvested daily from the clean, cold waters of our Spring Creek. Lightly seasoned trout fillet, pan seared in olive oil with sweet onion, and garlic. Served with two sides, salad and roll
Fishermen's Favorite $15
Traditional fish & chips, ale battered trout fillet, crispy fried, served with hand cut French fries, salad and homemade hushpuppies
Rainbow Ravioli $20
Spinach & ricotta filled pasta pillows, dressed with lemon dill cream sauce, topped with pan seared rainbow trout fillet, garnished with capers and oven roasted tomatoes. Served with a salad and dinner roll
During Hatch Season, our restaurant is open for breakfast and closes late so you can stay out until dark to catch the whole spinner fall.
