- 30 days or more prior to the 1st scheduled night of your stay - Full Refund, minus a $25-$100 cancellation fee
- 8 - 29 days prior to the 1st scheduled night of your stay - No Refund, but given a Credit to Reschedule your stay once within a year
- 7 days or less prior to the 1st scheduled night of your stay - No Refund
