Our Point Mountain Lodge sits on 3500 very secluded acres on an upland preserve located near Monterville, WV.
​It is 15 miles from Elk Springs Resort and 30 miles from the base of Snowshoe. Situated atop one of West Virginia's scenic mountains. Very ideal for families, friends, and corporate events. The lodge features a rustic great room with tv, telephone, a large stone fireplace, dining room and commercial kitchen. A large expansive deck connects to the private wing of seven individual bedrooms with their own private bathroom. The cottage features one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two twin beds, two bath, living room and kitchen. The cottage has tv and telephone.  Satellite WIFI

You may rent the whole lodge or by the room. We hold schools and events throughout the summer months at the "POINT." If you want to experience Wild Wonderful West Virginia in all it's wilderness splendor, the Point is your getaway. The whole Point consists of seven rooms and a cottage.

There are seven individual rooms within the Lodge.  Each room has its own private bath with shower and a French door leading to your own private small deck.  Lodge rooms have access to the Great Room and Kitchen for an additional $25.  There is a public phone line and satellite tv in the Great Room, along with puzzles, cards, board games and books.  

Point Mountain Cottage
$325

The Cottage has a full kitchen with cook stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot.  Living room has satellite tv and public phone line.  Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds.  Two bathrooms.  The cottage has a front and back porch.  Cottage guests also have full access to the Great Room.
